In this role, I oversaw e-commerce operations on Shopify Plus and Amazon, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the online platforms. Amazon Site Launch
From inception to launch, I undertook the task of creating the Tea Drop Amazon site from scratch, ensuring it closely mirrored our existing Tea Drop website. Extending our reach, broadening our customer base, and entering a new marketplace.
Expanding Globally: Launching Tea Drop Websites in the UK and US
Taking Tea Drop to the international stage, I played a pivotal role in launching dedicated websites for Tea Drop in both the UK and the US. This strategic expansion marked a significant milestone, allowing us to tap into new markets, connect with a global audience, and cater to the diverse preferences of tea enthusiasts worldwide. By establishing localized online platforms, we ensured an authentic brand experience, improved accessibility, and created a stronger global presence for Tea Drop.
Strategy to Success: Showcasing Three Impactful Campaigns
End of Financial Year Campaign 2023:
Our End of Financial Year (EOFY) campaign soared to new heights, thanks to strategic planning and meticulous execution. Data-driven insights and optimized promotions resulted in a remarkable sales growth of 174.39% compared to the previous year, marking a significant achievement in our journey.
Summer Campaign 2023:
We brought the summer vibes to life, achieving higher engagement and sales. This campaign featured a must-have summer bundle and an engaging video that led to a sunny 18% increase in revenue compared to the previous year, leaving a sunny imprint on our brand presence and customer satisfaction.
BFCM Sales 2022:
In 2022, I led and strategized the Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM) campaign, that contributed to a 38% revenue growth compared to the previous year. Notably, we leaned more into email campaigns during this period, and the results were outstanding, with a remarkable 70.72% of the total revenue coming from returning customers.
Redefining the Gift with Purchase Experience
I introduced a new Gift with Purchase feature, transitioning it from a pop-up to an intuitive gift icon seamlessly integrated into the website. This transformative change yielded remarkable results, with an impressive 89.05% increase in the number of gifts added with purchases during Q1 2023 compared to the previous year.
Designing Engaging Pages
I spearheaded the conceptualization, design, and functionality of various seasonal and promotional pages, crafting engaging layouts that elevate customer engagement and boost conversions. Collaborating seamlessly with the IT team, we transformed these concepts into reality, often leveraging pre-existing elements to efficiently bring these pages to life. Some notable examples include the Summer Collection, Winter Wellness, and Sustainability pages, where I played a pivotal role in enhancing their design and functionality to create exceptional user experiences.

Sales directly through Organic Instagram experienced a remarkable 500% boost in January 2023, compared to the previous year.
My strategy involved a shift toward short-form video content, where I took a hands-on approach. I created my own content using just my phone and a tripod, wrote scripts, collaborated with videographers, and provided direction for video shoots. Additionally, I worked closely with content creators, offering guidance and scripting to produce user-generated content (UGC) videos.

I played a pivotal role in curating the charm of our limited edition "Christmas in Melbourne" tea. This delightful blend, initially introduced in 2021 and brought back in 2022 due to popular demand, received my hands-on attention. I directed the packaging design and spearheaded the creative efforts that followed. The result? A festive tea experience that resonated with our audience, becoming a seasonal favorite.
Limited edition Festive Packaging:
Building on the success of our "Christmas in Melbourne" tea, I introduced a delightful twist by offering this holiday favorite in both loose leaf and tea bag formats. In 2021, we unveiled the best-selling teas in festive packaging, and in 2022, we expanded our reach by presenting them in convenient tea bags. This transition was met with resounding popularity, with tea bags surpassing loose leaf in demand.
Introduction of New Tea Varieties (2021)
In 2021, Tea Drop embarked on an exciting journey with the launch of an entire range of Moringa teas, Turmeric teas, and refreshing Iced teas. I was deeply involved in these ventures, contributing to the creative direction and strategies that accompanied these new product offerings. These launches marked a significant expansion of our tea repertoire, bringing innovative and health-conscious options to our customers.
Revamped Latte Packaging:
The transformation of Teadrop Latte packaging was a project I passionately championed. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a commitment to enhancing our brand, I played a pivotal role in defining the new packaging's look and feel. Following the revamp, I strategically promoted the fresh packaging through our social media channels, contributing to increased brand visibility and customer engagement.

During my tenure as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Tea Drop, I introduced two crucial enhancements that significantly streamlined financial processes and improved the efficiency of accounts receivable management.
Accounts Receivable Dashboard
I spearheaded the conceptualization, design, and functional structure of the Accounts Receivable Dashboard. Working closely with the web development team, I translated these concepts into a user-friendly dashboard that simplified our financial reporting process. Prior to its implementation, generating reports required multiple steps and data processing in Excel. However, with the new dashboard, all essential information was consolidated into one accessible platform.
Invoice Template Redesign
Recognizing the importance of brand consistency and professionalism in customer interactions, I undertook the redesign of Tea Drop's outdated invoice template. My efforts were focused on realigning the invoice with the brand's identity and ensuring a visually appealing, customer-friendly format. The redesigned invoice not only met these objectives but also contributed to a more positive and memorable customer experience.
